OF OPERATION The Condell Park Vision Support Team are teachers with specialist training in the education of students with vision impairment. The team provides services to vision impaired students in a range of school and preschool settings. Vision Support Teachers offer support to the staff of these schools, to the students and to the parents and carers. Students may be supported from prior-to-school age through to Year 12. | The Vision Support Centre is also a resource base.
Teaching and professional resources for vision-impaired students can
be borrowed and Braille production needs for students can be met through
the center.
Teaching services to students with vision impairment are accessed through the Executive Teacher (Vision). Medical documentation stating; condition, vision acuities (corrected) and/or field losses are essential to access these services. Gale Constable Executive Teacher
